First Class
So I'll be teaching live in the studio tonight. I'm pretty excited about it since it's my first time teaching the actual class. My producer Bret did it before I started showing up on the scene. In fact, when I'm out sick from time to time, or if there's something I can't do myself, he'll be helping me out. Actually, on December 1st I'm going to TRY to teach people how to make their own Turducken, which scares the daylights out of me. Bret knows how to do it, but I'm entirely lost on the whole thing so I think I'll be learning right alongside the class! Still, I'll be a 'co-host' that day since I have more experience cooking in the kitchen than most people I know. I might be reduced to saucier or 'side dish' instead of being the Main Dish, but I think I'll be OK with that, since it's something as complex as a Turducken. Wish me luck tonight!
